Are all tasks included?

Yes. Every plan covers the full range: inbox, diary, travel, expenses, research, documents and life admin. No add-ons, and nothing is off-limits within your hours.

Do unused hours roll over?

Yes. Any hours you don't use carry over to the next month, so you never lose what you've paid for.

What counts as an hour?

Any time we spend on your tasks: inbox, calls, research, admin and coordination. We track it transparently and show where your hours go.

What if I need more or fewer hours?

Move up or down a plan any month. And because unused hours roll over, a quiet month simply tops up a busy one.

Is there a minimum term or contract?

No long contracts. Retainers run month to month and you can cancel any time.

How do I pay?

Monthly in advance, by Direct Debit or card. Once that's set up, your hours are reserved and collection happens automatically each month.
